As a Business Office Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic iniciatives within the global aims. Reporting to the Strategy Bussines Office Senior Manager, you will be conduct thorough, develop strategic cost reduction projects and facilitate the execution of initiatives that support our long-term business goals.The Business Office Analyst will work closely with the Supply Chain teams as part of a small, agile team tasked with the definition, development, and implementation of the cost reduction, efficiencies and strategic projects through the Organization.- Bachelor’s Degree- 2+ years’ experience in Purchasing, experience working with purchasing systems.- Desirable previous experienced in Pricing- Knowledge in purchasing systems like WIPS, PUB, I-ERP, etc- Desired behaviors:- Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated / -starter, collaborative- Able to work across cultures and partnering with global teams- Ability to seek out and build relationships across teams- Strategic thinking skills (critical thinking / data analytics / business acumen)- Experience cultivating information and data from a variety of sources and synthesizing into a cohesive story- Have basic understanding of various mfg process (Stamping, machining, injection molding, casting, and asm)- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategic plans that align with the defined strategic vision and objectives- Identify cost reduction projects, and lead them until closure- Driving special strategy projects that assess and deliver the greatest enterprise value- Operate with mínimal direction and multiple projects
