In this vital role you will be responsible for:- Ensure the accurate implementation of the CRM.- Support the local and global team with the monitoring of the different KPI’s related to the CRM (Visits, Frequency, channel interactions, account segmentation, management of medical files, among others.- Constant training with the commercial team and new reps of the CRM platform.- Management of databases, data mining, medical files, charts of accounts, sales force structures.- Ensure the quality of information for the sales team (internal and external data (secondary sources, medical files, hospitals, sales information.- Development and implementation of sizing, segmentation and targeting models.- Knowledge of quota and incentives models for private and public channels.- Coordinate with BUMs to review compliance/complement market segmentation approach, metrics, training, and system requirements.- Provide relevant information for BU commercial strategy.- Collaborate in local, regional, global initiatives, ensure implementation & follow up.- Calculate incentives monthly and quality control checking incentive compensation.- Responsible for all Objective Setting (quota) & planning related matters supervising and actual results.- Consolidate the wholesaler’s information and deliver the information to DMs on time.- Data warehousing development.- Analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to identify business challenges and/or improvement opportunities.- Cross functional participation with other business units.**Minimum Requirements**:- Master’s degree OR- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR- Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience similar position in an international environment.- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.**Preferred Requirements**:- Experience in handling projects & teams.- Track record of efficiently establishing and maintaining business processes.- Record of success in participation on and in supporting teams.**Thrive**:**What you can expect of us**As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, so we work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.- Vast opportunities to learn and move up and across our global organization- Diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and act- Generous Total Rewards Plan comprising health, finance and wealth, work/life balance, and career benefitsIn our quest to serve patients above all else, Amgen is the first to imagine, and the last to doubt.
