Have a high level of English.**Position Purpose**: The Foods Business Group, representing over 20% of Unilever's business, has an exciting portfolio of global brands and local gems. This role is crucial for providing detailed analysis, managing budgets, and optimizing resources, collaborating across areas to support strategic decisions, protecting current value and positioning our portfolio for future growth and profitability.**Scope of the role**:Analyze BU Performance across all angles; Topline, bottom line, external performance and competitors Set and track performance objectives for Foods LATAM. BU BMI performance management. Support on BG/BU deck reviews through cross-country coordination Lider of global reporting and performance decks. **Requirements**:- Strong written and verbal English skills.- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial teams.- Excellent communication skills; methodical and organized. Attention to details- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SharePoint, and Power BI.- Strong written and verbal English skills.**Capabilities**:- Passion for high performance- _ driving with intensity the delivery of the business on financial commitments_- Personal Mastery- _ to effectively cope with the high pace and complexity of the role_- Talent Catalyst- _ Act as the key support for the Finance leadership, connecting Finance teams and providing detailed business analysis_._
