Sales Agent

**Our Immigration Law Firm is actively looking for a BILINGUAL sales agent with experience in immigration law.**LA Legal Advocates is seeking a BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) speaking sales agent for our intake department.- because our immigrant community deserves nothing less.**Requirements**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment- MUST maintain strong attention to detail- Achieve a high level of productivity with great accuracy- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments- Organization skills**Responsibilities**- Screen telephone calls before scheduling an attorney-client consultation- Immediately contact every potential client and establish relationship with client- Follow up with pending inquiries- Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status of all potential new clients- Conduct potential new client interviews- Schedule appointments for potential clients- Take accurate notes during the attorney-client initial consultation- Collaborate with our attorneys to complete the initial consultation process- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases- Follow instructions from the supervising attorney and perform accordingly**Qualifications**- Are bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency- 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience- Strong background with performance-based metrics- Case Management software experience is a major plus- Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise- Customer service and sales attitudeBenefit Conditions:- Only full-time employees eligiblePay: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Experience: 3 years (preferred)- Customer Service: 10 years (preferred)
