This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.- Engage in **pre-sales activities**, including client presentations, technical proposals, and solution design.- Review, design, and validate **cloud architectures (Azure)**, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, identify opportunities, and drive digital transformation initiatives.- Oversee the delivery of cloud-based solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.- Partner with business development teams to support client acquisition and growth.**What will help you succeed**:- Proven track record in **technical leadership**, including building and managing engineering teams- **10+ years of experience in software engineering**with previous expertise in **.NET or Java**.- **5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services**(architecture, migration, and deployment).- Strong background in **solution architecture**and **cloud strategy design**.- Experience with highly distributed global development teams- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.- Experience in software development and delivery.- Knowledge of data analytics and artificial intelligence.- Familiarity with cloud and enterprise platforms.- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude with a continuous learning mindset.This job can only be filled in Monterrey, NL #LI-HybridCreate with us digital products that people love.
