Present in 75 countries, our 21,100 employees speak 70 languages, handle over 71 million cases each year, and are motivated to go the extra mile to offer peace of mind to our customers around the world.We're looking for our new members We are looking for our Business Intelligence Manager.**Activities.**- Provide the reports, measurement of the metrics and dashboards of all LOB's Products.- Drive and strategize the standardization of processes, methods, tools, data metrics and KPI's leveraging business process and data knowledge.- Understand business strategy and KPI's, and provide stewardship of necessary data and metrics in support of organizational goals.- Lead integration, maintenance, and adoption of business intelligence tools, including regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.- Develop actionable business insights and recommendations to impact performance through revenue and efficiency gains.- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that meet their needs.**Requirements.**- Bachelor's Degree.- Stadistic programs.- Excel proficiency.- English proficiency.- Experience in this position for 4 years minimum.**Offer.**- M-F from 8:00am to 5:00pm.- Base salary + Law benefits + Upper law benefits.- Direct hiring.- Work Zone**:Benito Juárez, CDMX.**We at Allianz believe in a diverse and inclusive workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
