**What do we require?**- Proven experience in leading sales teams.- Successful track record in meeting call and appointment setting targets.- Strong understanding of financial markets and related products.- Excellent communication and motivational skills.- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.- **Advanced level of English and Spanish****About the role**:- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed established objectives.- Develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling.- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate team performance and make continuous improvements.- Provide training and professional development to team members.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and achievement of organizational objectives.**Compensation and Benefits**:- Base salary- $1,000.00 Food vouchers (Vales de despensa)- 12 Vacation days per year (become available after 6 months)- 15 vacation days on december (obligatory)- Christmas Bonus: 30 days salary (Aguinaldo)- Attractive Bonuses (usd)- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Short Friday (3 breaks per day)- Breakfast bar**Location**:- Col.
