Important company requires:**Industrial Engineer****Qualifications**:- _**Education**:_ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.- _**Experience**:_Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process management, preferably within the automotive industry.- _**Skills**:_Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- _**Technical Proficiency**:_Familiarity with BiW processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methodologies.- _**Communication**:_ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.- _**Leadership**:_Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:- _**Project Management**:_ Lead and manage industrial projects related to the Body in white section, ensuring timely and successful completion.- _**Process Optimization**:_ Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.- _**Technical Leadership**:_Provide expert guidance and technical direction to the BiW team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- _**Collaboration**:_Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production to ensure seamless integration of processes.- _**Compliance**:_ Ensure all processes adhere to Volvo Trucks' standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.- _**Resource Planning**:_Develop and manage resource plans to support project execution and process improvements effectively.- _**Data Analysis**:_ Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.- _**Reporting**:_Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, process improvements, and key performance indicators to senior management.**Job Type**:Onsite - temporary contract until December 31th, with possible extention depending the performance.**Work Location**:Monterrey**Salary**:$76,000 gross.**Benefits**: Excellent benefits above the law.Tipo de puesto: Por obra o tiempo determinadoDuración del contrato: 5 mesesSueldo: $76,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
