Accounts Payable Specialist, Expert

As an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST, you will support Accounts Payable team in Share Services Center. Accounts Payable Analyst is capable for ensure processing, analyze, mentorship, supporting and assistance to the internal contacts and suppliers’ requirements.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide Customer service assistance to internal contacts or suppliers.- Ensure the review and recording of invoices into the accurate financial period into the ERP System.- Ensure the timely payment for each supplier.- Provide the documental support and all evidence related about each record.**Qualifications**:- University degree (Accounting, Finance, Business)- Experience in AP areas preferably in a multinational company- Affinity with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc)- Proficient in English- Ability to quickly adapt to new ways and flexibility of working and operate efficient in a changing environment.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
