Company Description**About Avery Dennison****Job Description**:**ABOUT THE ROLE**Our Talent Acquisition Analyst is an experienced and talented professional that will play an exciting and important role attracting the talent to create a new company startup for the leading global manufacturing industry respected in the market as a top employer brand. The Talent Attraction Analyst will be responsible for leading the Recruitment and Selection process to source talent in operative, technical, administrative and management staff, for our most recent expansion in the market.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities and duties will vary depending upon the functional area assigned. Activities may include, but are not limited to:- Successfully manage, prioritize and close multiple searches against a timeline in a fast-paced environment.- Continuously and proactively communicate with hiring managers and key stakeholders.- Work with local external Human Resources or Industrial Associations to facilitate filling the jobs through other companies/associations cooperation.- Maintain a focus on ensuring a diverse and inclusive selection process.- Aim for the highest quality of hire possible.- Manage weekly results to be shared internally to stakeholders**Qualifications**:**WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU**:- Excellent interpersonal relationship builder and influencing skills.- Bachelor degree in administration, psychology, communications.- Fluent and conversational english.- In-depth experiences of in house, full cycle, recruitment. Prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing company.- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced results-oriented organization.- Solid user experience in Linkedin as Recruiter.- Knowledge of Talent Search Engines as OCC, Indeed, etc.- Strong Communication at all levels of the organization.- Time Optimization.- Accountability in a fast paced environment.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
