Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryThe Supplier Quality Engineer will be based in Juarez North site this position, you will maintain quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization_._Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:- Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.- change documentation when needed to update job instructions and documentation when needed- Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.- Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.- Consolidates and reports quality results.- Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.- Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.- Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.s.- Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products and processes.Here is some of what you’ll need (required):- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.- Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.- Working knowledge of manufacturing batch records.- Demonstrate advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills..- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions in assigned area.- Basic understanding of manufacturing protocols, statistical tools and methodology, and continuous improvement techniques preferred.- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects.Here are a few of our preferred experiences:- Experience within a manufacturing environment.- Experience similar position- English advanced mandatory- Strong leadership and project management skillsHere are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceJob CategoryQuality
