Responsible for internal and external quality control of Nemak plants**Main Responsibilities**- BU support to manage gap analysis e implementation of industry norms and CSR.- Governance thru standardization to fulfill IATF, VDA, CRS- Coordination of Plants audits and read across process of NCs.- Coaching and Training- Quality Digitalization**Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree (Quality and Productivity Engineer, Mechanical Engineer Administrator, Industrial Engineer)- Leadership- Supervision- Conflict Management- Communication- Negotiating- Planning- Technical knowledge in: Quality Management System, Automotive Standards, Norm IATF / VDA, CSR- English Advanced- 3-5 Years in Quality System, Customer Satisfaction, Engineering (Quality, Process, Lean)- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
