RIA is a worldwide leader in remittances and is a recognized benchmark in both the quality and reliability of its public service.- Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets- Manage, develop and grow the revenue team.- Build relationships with new and existing agents to maximize our volume and collect competitor/market information- Support sales team and provide analytical reporting- Coordinate with Divisional sales and revenue teams to improve Ria’s position in the market- Control of revenue KPIs from the US Agent Channel- Analyze trends/changes in transactions and market conditions- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field- Advanced English- Advanced MS Excel skills- Detail oriented with abily to multi-task- Ability to work in a team, ability to multi-task and strong communications skills- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office- Customer care or sales experience is a plus- Previous experience within Revenue Management is highly desirableBenefits: Our package includes Competitive monthly salary $24,000 gross. 5% food vouchers. 30 days bonus. 15 days of initial vacation. life insurance.
