RIA is a worldwide leader in remittances and is a recognized benchmark in both the quality and reliability of its public service.Ria’s mission is to be the most progressive money transfer company in the world by offering service excellence and the most competitive and reliable remittance payment services to our customers.- Control of revenue KPIs in the United States.- Supporting sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecast.- Analyze trends/changes to transaction levels.- Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue.- Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to develop and maintain relationships with our agents.- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.- Advanced English level.- Advanced MS Excel skills.- Detail oriented, team player, ability to multi-task and strong communications skills.- Previous experience working with excel reports.- Customer care or sales experience is a plus.- Previous experience as a revenue analyst is highly desirable.Benefits: Our package includes Competitive monthly salary $18,500 gross. 5% food vouchers. 30 days bonus. 15 days of initial vacation. life insurance.
