We are looking for a full-time Operations Service Assistant to capture, organize and prepare documentation related to payroll and accounting for a company based in the United States that provides accounting services to several restaurants.**Job responsibilities**:- Calasify ingredients for food preparation for invoicing- Capturing data from invoices into the system- Tracking inventories based on the use of different food products- Reading invoices to understand the presentation of the products for cost allocation**What we are looking for**:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Degree in Gastronomy or experience working on the supply chain on a restaurant.- Basic bookeeping or accounting knowledge- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Experience in Microsoft Office- Great typing skills with excellent spelling and grammar in English- Experience working in Data Entry and Payroll or Accounting.**What we offer**:- Salary of $15,000 to $20,000 a month- Food vouchers for $1000 a month- Home office bonus of $800 a month- Work 100% remotely for a US companyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- Captura de datos: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
