**BI Report Developer****Description**Develop and implement Reporting & Insights to provide the Africa Zone Supply function with accurate, timely and decision-useful insights. Engaging with Supply functional leads to enable operational performance improvement.**Key outputs and responsibilities**:- As a squad member, this role is responsible for collaboration and embracing the change of agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability and shared responsibility.- It requires ownership of work on the sprint backlog, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support other members of the squad. BI Report Developer:- Develop new reporting in PowerBI, primarily build off Azure and SQL platforms- Day to day management of reporting environment and root cause problem solving of failures.- Develop tools for effective data capture & information management.- Support the roll out of new reporting requirements to the Zone, train & coach colleagues in the effective use of new tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)- Develop and implement smarter and quicker ways of presenting information- Validate New Reports and System Developments.**Skill Required**:- Broad Supply Functional knowledge (brewing, packaging, engineering, quality, planning, finance, VPO/SMS) & knowledge of Supply digital landscape- Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc)- Good knowledge of data & reporting tools (PowerBI, Power Query, Tabular Editor, SQL, Azure)- Knowledge of Supply Systems - SAP, Syspro, Traksys, FLOW, Credit 360, MMIS- Excellent analytical and reporting skills & systemic approach to problem-solving- Energized self-starter with the ability to take the initiative- Ability to work in a well-organized, accurate, and reliable manner.- High sense of accuracy.- High level of ethics- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively- High level of service mindset and ability to handle difficult stakeholders- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple levels in the Supply- Matrix organization.- Communicative, team-oriented, and open to change.- Highly results focused with a proven track record.- Advanced English**Requirements & Notes**A**ssessment path**: Data Engineering(SAP and PowerBI)**Interview process**: One round of interviews 30 min technical(Strong side of SAP and Power BI)**Must have skills**- SQL- Power BI (Microsoft)- Azure (Microsoft Azure)- SAP HANA- SAP S/4 HanaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $27,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casaLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
