EDAD: 20 a 28 añosREQUISITOS: recién egresados en Administración de empresas, mercadotecnia, ingeniero industrial, finanzas, contabilidad, negocios internacionales, comercio exterior.CONOCIMIENTOS Y ACTIVIDADES:- Facturas de GRUCAS, de Nuevo Laredo y Guadalajara.- Pagará las cuentas de operación de Minth con GRUCAS (IMPO/EXPO)- Manejo de mail, llega todo por separado. Se registran Excel, trabajo de la mano con el equipo de logística para registro y revisión.- Uso de sistema PLEX. Se capacita, sistema en sistema interno de MINTH, se registran las facturas. En PLEX, se hace una requision para cada factura, se aprueban, se llevan facturas a Almacen, se da seguimiento en la captura hasta que aparezca pagada. En caso contrario, deberá acudir a Almacen o finanzas para proceder con el pago.- Se hace con cada proveedor- Se lleva de la mano con compliance, Se descargan expedientes. Se avisa previamente para realización correctamente.- Pedimentos coincidir con facturas.- Revisión de expedientes digitales.- Para cada factura hay una cuenta, se verifica y se ingresa a sistema.- Toda la información de la factura deberá coincidir con el sistema- Seguimiento con almacen. Monitoreo y control de cada factura.HABILIDADES Y APTITUDES: Trabajo bajo presión, proactivo, trabajo en equipo, responsable, tolerancia a la frustración. Atención al detalle. Seguimiento, servicio al clientes, administración de facturas, y control. Paciente, actividades rutinarias. Actitud de servicio.
