Join our team and let's make a positive impact on our business together This opportunity is based in Monterrey, Mexico with a hybrid work arrangement for flexibility.**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Investigate and resolve root causes in Oracle ERP, specifically in the Order Management (OM) and Advanced Pricing (AP) modules.- Document effective solutions for common system failures- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for system improvements and optimizations.- Conduct regular system audits for data integrity and compliance**Who You Are**:You are a quick learner, adept at asking the right questions to accurately analyze situations. Your calm and productive approach shines, even in unclear situations, maintaining a positive demeanor despite adversity.
