**IT Business Analyst****We will count on you to**:- Work closely with the Business Unit leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) by providing key analytical support that will allow business needs and requirements to be understood, defined and documented at a level that will enable business and technical systems to be effectively developed, deployed and supported.- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI Design and Process Flows)- Participates in smoke testing in release process.**What you need to have**:- A BA degree in business or related field is preferred or equivalent work experience.- Experience in the Insurance Industry is a must.
