At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next:**Analytics Insights Jr. Manager****Which is the main objective of this role?**Execute Commercial Analytics agenda within Marketing processes and embedding them in Business process, executing strategies and resources priorization through advanced statistical techniques. Connecting and integrating Insights to evolve PepsiCo portfolio offering and attend the needs of our Customers, Consumers, Shoppers and competitors, maximizing growth, ROI while capitalizing SOM**What will you be doing?**- Passionate about the topic to investigate- Be able to properly set expectations with stakeholder based on program scope, reporting schedules and follow through on delivery.- Strong strategic understanding of Analytics from a business perspective.- Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story.- Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations.- Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports without grammatical or data errors.- Comfortable presenting insights to a variety of audiences.- Project Management- Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude.- Good Mix of Technical Understanding, Business Sense, Managerial/Connecting and Interpersonal skills- Execute the Advanced Analytics agenda across value chain processes discovering new business opportunities delivering strategic avenues and prioritize BU´s resources (E)- Execute A&M strategy on Media Optimization, ROI efficiency, Optimal A&M allocation and media buying across PepsiCo portfolio Brands (E)- Identify, assess, and visualize key market share drivers for PepsiCo´s Categories, as a growth catalyst to prioritize and enable brand planning across portfolio (E)- Advice and share Advanced Analytics models and best practices within PepsiCo Regions (LATAM & Global) to leverage and build Advanced Analytics capability (DE)- Develop and execute growth forecast planning and their affection due to Macroeconomic factors and commodities inflation to establish BU´s growth targets for PSP and AOP processes(DC)- Identify and proposed new statistical methodologies and best practices within PepsiCo and Industry to have the best in class methodologies applied in bussines analytics models (E)Continuous search of new trends and technology within any category (Executer - Being Informed)Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree required in analytics related area ( including Statistics/Data Science, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, etc.)- +5 years of Data Science- 3-5 years of strong analytics experience as a sales/marketing quantitative analyst or in marketing/strategy consulting in the retail sector.- Ability to translate and deliver analytical results into meaningful insights.- Escential fluent English (speaking and writing).- Escential intermediate Excel (Advanced is a plus).- Expertise in implementing high quality, fast services and projects in Python- Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language or analytic tool such as R, Phyton, Databricks, Azure, Power BI and SQL.- Track rec
