Client is looking for a ‘hands-on’ Technical Business Analyst to work across multiple Agile project activities. New hire will work closely with both Users and Developers to produce business requirements. Will also engage with broader Agile team, which is a combination of various Technology, Operational and Business departments to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Projects include strategic long-term initiatives, ongoing BAU enhancements, and critical time sensitive production updates.**Responsibilities**:- Be a business partner - facilitate workshops, document business requirements, and navigate them through the Agile Software Development Lifecycle.- Function as a bridge between Global Technology and Business Users.- Ensure that existing standards are followed, and create new ones as needed.- Lead the analysis of requirements and collaborate with team members to attain high reusability and maintainability by building flexible data models and seamless integration points.- Work with Scrum masters and Project Managers to ensure sprints and project deadlines are on track and report if there is any deviation- Work within specific timelines and parameters set up together with Scrum Master / Management.- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.- Seamlessly partner with Application Service Delivery group which are accountable for Delivery & Service Management- Seamlessly partner with Application Service Delivery group, who have accountability for Delivery & Service Management- Ensure appropriate ‘close out’ and BAU transition of all requirements/process flows/models, including participating in Sprint Retrospectives.**Requirements**:- BS or BA Degree and at least 5-7 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment- 7-10 years of industry experience with 3-5 years of clear engagement management experience- Experience in Financial Services industry- CRM and/or Salesforce specific experience is a plus- Foundational experience playing a contributing role in full cycle software delivery as a business analyst or developer- Working understanding of Agile methodology and frameworkExperience with Scrum Masters and participating in standup calls- Ability to liaise with multiple teams (Marketing, IT, Sales and Operations)Strong sense of professional pride and individual accountabilityAny experience with Jira, Service Now and Confluence highly preferableAny knowledge of cloud infrastructure on a basic level is required (AWS/Azure/)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
