At Citi, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact.**Job Overview**:The Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.**Responsibilities**:- _Perform instruction analysis prior to execution._- _ Execute the client instruction in the Fiduciary systems according to operational manuals and internal guidelines._- _ Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution_- _ Perform regulatory controls, operative activities, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies_**Qualifications**:- _Relevant experience preferred _- _Fundamental understanding of banking and financial products, desirable in Fiduciary environment_- _ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills._- _ Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment_- _ Basic English level, knowledge of Microsoft office tools such as excel, word, outlook._**_ Education: _****_Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance or _**Job Family Group**:Operations - Transaction Services- **Job Family**:Securities and Derivatives Processing- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Please see the requirements listed above.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.- View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
