**About the Role**We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to manage user experience in Latin America. In this role, you will be expected to: analyze problems and scope opportunities, propose solutions, and work cross-functionally to execute them to deliver our mission of providing a dependable user experience.The main area of focus for this role is to **ideate solutions to provide a seamless user experience with our app**, before, during, and after a trip to drive user retention.**What you'll do**- Work closely with Ops and Product teams across the LatAm region to find opportunities and ideate solutions to improve our rider experience- Take big-picture problems and break them into meaningful steps to develop and optimize processes- Leverage strong analytical and implementation skills to make project plans a reality- Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders- Execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly- Understand risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations that consider the business context to minimize the materialization of issues- Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment**What you'll need**- We welcome people from any background to apply- At least three years of professional experience- ** Data-Driven Mentality**: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation- **Communication**: (Portuguese or Spanish) and English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner- ** Teamwork**: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team.
