Position: Intake Specialist Location: Chihuahua, México Work Modality: On-site Schedule: Availability from Monday to Sunday Two continuous days off selected by operations (e.g., Fri–Sat, Sat–Sun, Sun–Mon) Fixed schedule (no rotation) Working hours assigned within the range of 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Mexico time) Job Description We are looking for a bilingual Intake Specialist with strong customer service skills to join a dynamic legal team. This role involves handling client inquiries, documenting case information, and supporting legal processes with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Answer calls with professionalism and empathy Document and resolve inquiries accurately Provide excellent client service Retain and manage client/provider information Conduct consultations for potential cases Sign up new clients electronically Schedule initial clinic appointments Review inquiry calls and emails Process and file legal documents Meet walk-in clients and coordinate with partner firms Perform data entry and maintain case documentation Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO call centers Bilingual: English & Spanish (B2) Legal studies or experience preferred.
