At Unilever we are interested in every individual bringing their ‘Whole Self’ to work and this includes youHelados Holanda is the leading brand in the Ice Cream Market in Mexico with really strong global and local brands such as Magnum, Mordisko, Cornetto, Solero, Piloncito, Chemisse, Choco crem, etcLocation: Bosques de las Lomas, Mexico CityAbout the role & What You’ll DoMain accountabilities:- Support senior manager in executing the strategic vision for Ice Cream Mexico growth in the short and long term.- Gather relevant information and analyze market data (syndicated data, competitive intelligence, and consumer research) to identify emerging trends, consumer needs and/or behaviors that provide insights leading to product, concept and packaging innovation.- Lead the innovation project team to deliver superior products, CMI (Consumer & Market Insight team) to maximize consumer impact, Supply Chain to expedite capabilities and maximize efficiency, Claims & Legal to develop and support superiority claims, Finance to build profitable business cases, Packaging and Creative Services. This will require interacting, leading, inspiring and driving teams, often virtually and remotely, to go above and beyond to ensure on-time and in full delivery.- Working closely with BB, other Global/BG teams (R&D, SC, CMI), media & creative agencies.- Assist in communication assets development, working closely with external creative agencies to deliver clear brief and inputs- Work closely with Brand Building/BU, Trade Marketing and Sales team to ensure flawless, on-time delivery of the projects in Mexico.- Be accountable for the analysis of the brand’s performance in Mexico and for competitors and proactively seek the issues and opportunities from the analysis that will drive critical decision or feed as insights into innovation planning.- Oversee project/brand budgetKey Interfaces:- Brand Building/Business Unit Team- CMI- Media, Creative and other key agencies.- Task force team including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and R&D when managing mix development & Brand Budget- Ice Cram Global teamsWhat You’ll Need To Succeed- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.- 4+ years experience as a Brand/Product Marketing in a consumer packaged goods company.- Experience in managing innovation projects, brand tracking and 6P performance analysis is a must- Successfully execute plans and projects within a matrix organization structure.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups to influence decision-making.- Persuades others and gains support and commitment from peers and others, mobilizes others to act.- Core aspects underpinning all skills: Team Player, Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour
