Call Center Trainer

**JOB OVERVIEW**A Call Center Trainer provides leadership in developing, managing, instructing, and coaching new Customer Service Representatives to ensure that all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensively. The Trainer is also responsible to follow up with both external and internal up-trainings as needed. Finally, the Trainer works closely with other leaders within the organization to ensure that best practices are carried from training into operations.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collecting relevant information and setting goals accordingly.- Identifying trainee’s needs and making attainable targets.- Developing and maintaining training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions, presentations, role-plays and assessments.- Endorsing the latest e-learning systems like Google Classroom.- Developing Performance Evaluations to provide feedback and submitting the same to the Training Supervisor.- Arranging training resources and material with other helping tools.- Documenting and maintaining a record of data of the Customer Service Representatives under training.**QUALIFICATIONS**- High school diploma or equivalent.- Instructional proficiency with different learning methods.- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.- Exceptional time management skills and a critical thinker.- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.- Ability to handle any stressful situation appropriately.**ABOUT XTENDOPS**XtendOps combines leading-edge cloud-based technologies with a world-class managed workforce solution.
