Advance Supplier Development Engineer - Automotriz.Empresa del sector automotriz esta buscando a su Advance Supplier Development Engineer.Sera encargado de la unidad de compra de productos para la empresa enfocado al asersoramiento de los materiales y el cumplimiento de las necesidades de la línea para los componentes de ensamblaje.**Requisitos**:- Enfoque en procesos de manufactura o R&D.- Conocimiento y analisis de costos del mercado.- Conocimiento tecnico de procesos de manufactura automotriz.- Ingles avazado- Ingeniero mecánico, electronico y mecatronico.- 3 años de experiência en puesto similar.**Responsabilidades**:- Examinar las bases de suministro globales para identificar puntos blancos y oportunidades técnicas o comerciales.- Realiza una investigación de proveedores orientada a costos para nuevas tecnologías y los presenta a PUR & R&D- Ejecuta calificaciones de proveedores tecnológicos, inicia y ejecuta estrategias de desarrollo de proveedores basadas en FODA- Ejecuta talleres de diseño para fabricación (DFM) y costos (DTC) para asegurar productos rentables producibles- Coopera con el equipo de análisis de valor de costo y diseña maestros de costos para nuevas tecnologías- Impulsa un liderazgo experto para mejorar el valor de los componentes con un enfoque en los efectos comerciales positivos- Realiza alineaciones técnicas y comerciales tempranas con los proveedores (ESI) para alcanzar el punto óptimo de valor general- Usted es parte de la definición de tecnología de fabricación y actividades comparativas de componentes/sistemas- Está impulsando el cierre de brechas técnicas y comerciales (programas de reducción de costos)
