Make Your Mark Video**Team overview and job responsibilities****Job responsibilities**- To Manage the continuous improvement and profitability of production areas- To Analyze, design and implementing processes using Continuous Improvement tools and form specialized teams in Lean Manufacturing tools, generating savings indicators at each stage of system implementation- Management system 5 s- Visual Factory- Valum strem map ( VSM )- Efficiency - Cost reduction (savings)- Management of MUDAS- Development of | Improvements Kaizen Events.- nalysis of troubleshooting (8D, 5xq, ishikawas, paretos, action plans) or 6 sigma- To Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the 6's in the work centers, optimizing resources and identifying and correcting anomalies.- Ensure that all IATF 16949 requirements applicable to your process are understood and met.**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor's degree: Professional in Industrial Engineer or Related.- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the area.- Language: Advanced English (required)- Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing- Advanced Excel (required)- Kanban- AMEF- Standardized work.TPM- SMED- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
