El puesto de Ingeniero/a de Calidad se enfoca en la gestión de quejas de clientes del área Coil mediante la investigación de causa raíz y definición de acciones correctivas, así como en el desarrollo de proyectos de mejora continua. También es responsable de validar nuevos métodos de prueba y analizar el desempeño de productos en las líneas de los clientes.RESPONSIBILITIES**Responsabilidades**:- Investigación de causa raíz y definición de acciones correctivas (ARC) para quejas de clientes Coil.- Responsable del desarrollo de proyectos de mejora de calidad.- Responsable de la validación e implementación de nuevos métodos de prueba.- Análisis de datos del desempeño de productos de Coil en las líneas de los clientes.**Habilidades y Competencias**:- Trabajo en equipo.- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.- Enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.- Comunicación efectiva.QUALIFICATIONS**Experiência y Conocimientos Técnicos**:- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en laboratorio de pintura, preferentemente en línea Coil.- Manejo de Microsoft Office.- Conocimientos en Minitab (deseable).**Requisitos Académicos**:- Ingeniería o Licenciatura Química concluida.EMPLOYER DESCRIPTIONAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
