We are looking for a multifaceted individual to join our Global Talent & Development function, playing a key role in driving and building a culture of lifelong learning and development. This role is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.Accountabilities:As a T&D Transformation and Change Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring change initiatives and leading transformation efforts to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of our T&D function. You will develop and implement change management strategies, engage with key collaborators, deliver effective communication strategies, and identify training needs to build change management capabilities.Essential Skills/Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformational leadership roles, with a focus on learning and development or HR- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and standard processes- Experience in training and capability building, performance measurement and continuous improvementDesirable Skills/Experience:- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is desirable- Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical contextWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
