Accounting Specialist -** FIXED TERM - 12 Months**Objective:This position is in charge of the general Accounting process for Health and Salute commercial and service entities.**Tasks**:Manage and contribute for the correct accounting booking for the following topics: Fixed Assets-> (Adquisition Financial Request, Disposals, Depreciation, Idles, etc), and revirewing and controlling the CARS (Mexico and Tech Center) before (WD-7).FX Rates and Revaluation-> Distribute FX rates on montly basis to all Financial areas on WD-4.Review and approval for Royalties on Montly basis (WD-4).Review and approval for FX determination once (AR, Cash and AP) are already closed, evaluate how FX rates impact to Mexico market and other PC´s and make the reclasification accordingly to CARCA (WD+1).Month End Close-> Elaborate and distribute Month End Close calendar to all Financial areas before WD -7.Ensure and review Balance Sheet registers in Mead Johnson Nutrition (6511) in order to close our ledgers correctly.Elaborate reports such as : Balace sheet Flux, Monitoring file Review (T&E), FX review, BS review imputs, etc.Financial Statements: Elaborate and provide all information to external Auditors to ensure all balances reflected in our Financial Staments will be correct.Degree:CPA Certified Public Accountant**Education**:Updated in local GAPP.**Experience**:Solid experience in top level Audit firms or equivalent position in a global company.**Language**:English written and spoken intermediary**Equality**:At Reckitt, we recognise that in real life, great people don’t always ‘tick all the boxes’.
