**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Systems Admin Specialist Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).- 8+ years of technical experience in system administration or engineering.- Experience with Microsoft Azure or multi-cloud (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc). Azure AD/SSO/Identity, Storage, FinOps (optimization for cost effectiveness), Azure Administration- Provides technical consulting for system transitions, migrations, and consolidations supporting hybrid cloud operations.- Monitor, analyze and tune systems, solutions, and processes to seeking optimal balance between performance and price in standalone and multi-tiered environments- Conducts system analysis to develop process improvements resulting in technically driven change of cloud technologies with security and interconnected requirements- Performs incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with Service Level Agreements.- Designs, develops, recommends and implements new or revised system software, utilities and automated processes as necessary.- Diagnose/troubleshoot complex issues involving cloud or on-premises legacy systems to support hybrid cloud operations.- Work in conjunction with Security team to ensure data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate secure solutions to dynamic business needs driven by other departments.- Implement and operate Azure-based disaster recovery / business continuity solutions being migrated to Azure from a legacy Data Center solution- Implement and administer Sentinel and Azure monitoring technologies- Azure administration and operational support of dynamic business requests- Manage Roles-based access controls (RBAC) permissions assignment following least privilege- Experience with hypervisor-based products/infrastructure (Hyper-V, VMware).- Solid understanding of datacenter architecture.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure/compute/storage cloud technologies- Current and relevant industry certification(s).- Experience with Microsoft Azure or multi-cloud (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc).
