Business Development Representative

**Objetivo del Puesto**:Apoyar en la generación y calificación de oportunidades de venta mediante estrategias **inbound y outbound**, asegurando un flujo constante de prospectos calificados al equipo de ventas. Ser el primer punto de contacto con clientes potenciales.**Responsabilidades Principales**:- Calificar leads inbound provenientes de campañas de marketing, formularios web, redes sociales, etc.- Investigar a los prospectos y detectar necesidades clave para proponer una solución adecuada.- Agendar reuniones con ejecutivos de ventas (Account Executives).- Utilizar herramientas de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) para documentar interacciones y dar seguimiento a leads.- Cumplir con indicadores clave como: número de contactos diarios, reuniones agendadas, y conversiones a oportunidades calificadas (SQL).- Colaborar con marketing para retroalimentar sobre calidad de leads y mejorar el targeting.- Mantenerse actualizado sobre el producto, mercado y perfil del cliente ideal.**Requisitos**:**Escolaridad**:- Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas, comunicación, mercadotecnia o afines.**Experiência**:- 6 meses a 2 años en ventas internas, BDR, SDR o similares.- Experiência en prospección **inbound y outbound.****Conocimientos técnicos**:- Manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive o similares)- Herramientas de prospección (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)- Técnicas básicas de ventas consultivas- Inglés deseable (intermedio)**Competencias**:- Proactividad y enfoque a resultados- Escucha activa y empatía- Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal- Organización y manejo del tiempo- Tolerancia a la frustraciónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu sueldo actual?
