We are looking for a **Bilingual** **Service Delivery Manager****REQUIREMENTS**- Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.- 3 years or more of experience as: Service Delivery Manager, Managed Services, ITIL v3/v4.- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management.- Proven experience in managing projects related to: Data Center, Contact Center, Security, Cloud Services, Infrastructure, IT, Field Services.- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile Scrum).- Proficient in Office, Excel, and Project.- Knowledge of Cisco technologies.- Experience using collaboration tools (WebEx, Teams, Google Meet).- Personnel management experience.- High ability to build strong client relationships.- Proven advanced English, capable of conducting business communications.- Availability to travel and work on weekends.- Desirable: MBA, Business Intelligence, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, project management certifications.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Comprehensive development of the Project Plan including: timelines, task assignments, budget management, resource allocation, monitoring of different project phases.- Project follow-up using the methodology requested by the client, as well as the use of corresponding technological tools (Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Hybrid).- Execution of sessions: kickoff events (Internal/External), coordination of Multidisciplinary/Multicultural teams, logístical coordination, acting as a key element in the internal communication flow (work teams) and with the client.- Strategic execution in contract management/analysis, financial supervision, monitoring of cash flow (sold vs invoiced), budget/cost/deviation control, profit margins, income statements, billing cycle follow-up (timely and accurate), and collections tracking. Control of contract modifications, extensions, and renewals, account growth, in collaboration with the legal and commercial teams.- Monitoring of revenue control and profitability of each assigned project, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial objectives, presenting appropriate reports to Senior Management (Internal), and creating the project documentation base.- Involvement in internal training processes related to the position, and providing Mentoring/Coaching to direct reports, participating in the professional development plan led by Operations Management.- Establish constant and direct interaction with the client (On Premise) as the primary point of contact, aiming to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with contractual obligations and the Client’s CORE Business objectives, delivering timely and quality service/products, and transitioning to internal support teams when applicable for Managed Services.**WE OFFER**- Monthly gross salary of 35,000 to 50,000 MXN.- Technical equipment: laptop with peripherals, electronic equipment relevant to the position.- Travel expenses covered.- Career growth and development plan.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- How many years of experience do you have as a Service Delivery Manager (or in a similar role)?
