In addition to the plants in Slovakia, the Booster Group has further locations in Germany, Mexico and China and employs around 1,000 employees worldwide.We are looking for a motivated and dedicated PROCESS ENGINEER (M/F/X)**JOB DESCRIPTION**:YOUR TASKS- The power to stop the production process due to problems in the quality of the product.- Develop deviations of processes according to the provisions of the procedure (xxxx)- Prepare and update the process instructions according to the provisions of the quality system- Develop and update FMEAs whenever required- Participate in the elaboration and execution of corrective actions (external and internal)- Participate and give concrete answers in the daily production meetings- Support the escalation process for short-term troubleshooting when required- Validate that all stations in charge have all the necessary documentation (work instructions, applicable check list, open deviations, etc.)- Supervise and follow up that new or transferred personnel are trained in the process.- Participate in MRB meeting daily- Follow-up to the supplier on technology- Participate directly in the response and implementation of corrective actions (8D's)- Participate in ISO/TS 16949 audits (as auditor or auditee)- Support customer audits when required- Audit the workstations supported with the quality system (5S, layout, documents, formats, visual aids)WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU**Requirements**:- 25 years and older- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Mechatronics or to end- Reading and interpretation of drawings, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing process- Minimum 1 year of work experience- Average knowledge of the English languageHave we aroused your interest?**CONTACT**:- Antonio Zazueta- HR Assesor- BOOSTER Precision Components Mexicali S. de R.L. de C.V.- Mercurio 138, PIMSA 1- 21210 Mexicali / Mexico
