Additionally, communicate with the customer to negotiate or address matters related to product quality and safety, generating alerts, action plans, procedures, formats, and/or developing appropriate strategies for the process to ensure product quality and safety. The position also has the authority to stop shipments of material suspected of non-compliance with the quality requirements set by the customer, with the intention of guaranteeing the satisfaction and safety of the delivered product.**Position Responsibility**:Responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards of the process and product, in compliance with specific customer requirements, applicable standards, and procedures.
