At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Transportation Analyst**Responsible for making 125+ phone calls daily to obtain freight tracking updates. The TnT role will be responsible for making 75+ status updates daily. The primary focus will be the prioritization of critical shipments and ensuring accurate updates for both the carrier and account management teams. The team will be responsible for providing best in class load tracking visibility and proactive issue resolution for the PLCI customer base. This role will support the delivery of revenue and NOPBT goals by ensuring the execution of the day to day track and trace function.- Timely order entry and a sense of urgency regarding issue resolution- Carrier compliance to track & trace check calls- Carrier compliance to defined EDI processes- Proactive shipment tracking and customer alerts for known anticipated service gapsQualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree is required- Minimum 6 months of experience is required- English Fluency both written and verbal required- Capable of working in a remote work group and being managed by a remote manager- Utilize technical/functional knowledge that creates opportunities and solves business problems- Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career_Overview (Secondary Language):Responsibilities (Secondary Language):Qualifications (Secondary Language):
