The nature of the work is proactive and requires the ability to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps in real time. This role serves as our frontline response unit, responsible for identifying and reporting shipment delays to ensure we meet our stringent customer demands.**Responsibilities**:- Effectively prioritize and track shipments to support on-time pickup and delivery while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service and brokerage SOPs.
