Expected to represent the team in internal & external forums & provide mentoring/guidance to co-team members.- Strong Analytical Skills; Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.- Excellent project management and process development skills.- Strong communication and influencing skills.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, Strong business acumen.**Education and Experience Required**:- First level university degree with a focus in business/advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA/CPA/MBA) strongly preferred.- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
