**IT Business Consultant - Leasing Design; Expected Skillset**:

- Subject Matter Expert in Leasing processes & accounting/regulatory aspects.
- Strong knowledge in related systems & existing architecture.
- Strong relationship management skills; Will work with cross-functional teams to collectively understand different perspectives, integrate them, ideate & deploy optimal solutions for the various business scenarios that the Organization will operate in.
- Strong in data & structural/issue analysis & able to recommend options towards resolution.
- Strong Team player; Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Expected to represent the team in internal & external forums & provide mentoring/guidance to co-team members.
- Strong Analytical Skills; Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
- Excellent project management and process development skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, Strong business acumen.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- First level university degree with a focus in business/advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA/CPA/MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
