Client: A multinational company dedicated to cybersecurity (team located in the Central US time zone).- Project overview: Our team will participate in a project to transition from the current Salesforce implementation to a new Salesforce Communications Cloud instance.- We will work closely with our client to define and execute all necessary elements to ensure the project's success. This includes identifying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), establishing milestones, updating processes, developing a data migration strategy, and integrating with third-party tools.- Position overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer to design and implement communications cloud solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for coding the solution and contributing to crafting architecture solutions that leverage Salesforce Communications Cloud.- Primary technology: Salesforce Communications Cloud and standard Salesforce.- Other integrations: Kantana, DocuSign, Avalara, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Eloqua (nice to have), and Boomi (nice to have).- Responsibilities: Develop code that meets the refined and established requirements for implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud.- Participate in the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions as part of a complete migration from an existing standard Salesforce implementation, including multiple integrations.- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, product managers, and developers, to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical architectures.- Help oversee and ensure alignment of the Salesforce platform with business goals, security protocols, and best practices.- Collaborate on solution designs, including integrations with third-party systems, data migration strategies, and overall cloud ecosystem planning.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and capabilities, particularly those related to Communications Cloud.- Requirements: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Communications Cloud (2+ years of Communications Cloud experience, 5+ years in Salesforce).- Salesforce certifications in development or administration.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Communications Cloud, CPQ, and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).- Expertise in implementing telecom industry solutions on the Salesforce platform, including experience with quote-to-cash, customer lifecycle management, and order management.- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.- Nice to have: Salesforce Communications Cloud Consultant certification.- Experience working on large, multinational implementations.- Experience with Salesforce migration projects.
