**Descripción**:Los **ingenieros de instalaciones** son responsables de planificar, implementar y mantener la infraestructura y el equipo de los edificios e instalaciones. Realizan análisis de procesos operativos, asignación de recursos, uso de energía y procesos de seguridad, y recomiendan e implementan mejoras.**Responsabilidades**:- Recopilación y análisis de datos, planos e informes.- Determinación de las especificaciones de las instalaciones y equipos.- Analizar los costos del proyecto y preparar presupuestos.- Diseñar y supervisar la implementación de la expansión de las instalaciones, el diseño, los diversos sistemas y los controles de calidad.- Evaluar los sistemas operativos y la infraestructura de las instalaciones para determinar y mejorar las eficiencias operativas.- Desarrollar planes de procesamiento y optimizar la asignación de recursos.- Planificación y coordinación de programas y actividades de mantenimiento de infraestructura y equipos.- Coordinar y supervisar a los contratistas que realizan actividades de mantenimiento.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones pertinentes, los códigos de construcción y las normas de salud y seguridad.- Preparación de informes y documentación de cumplimiento.**Requisitos del ingeniero de instalaciones**:- Licenciatura en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica o industrial.- Al menos 3 años de experiência como ingeniero de instalaciones o en un rol similar.- Experiência con AutoCAD, SAP y MS Office.- Conocimiento del proceso constructivo y principios constructivos.- Conocimiento de las regulaciones y códigos de construcción relevantes.- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Habilidades de solución de problemas y resolución de problemas.- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos.- Conocimiento de centros de maquinados (CNC)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Ingeniero de Facilities: 3 años (Deseable)- AutoCAD: 3 años (Deseable)- SAP: 3 años (Deseable)- Conocimiento en centros de maquinados CNC: 3 años (Deseable)- Microsoft Office: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés 75% (Deseable)Licencia/Certificación:- visa láser vigente (Deseable)
