Transactions Project Manager

**Job Title**: Transactions Project Manager****Position Overview**:The Transactions Project Manager is a pivotal member of our organization, responsible for facilitating and managing communication within and between departments, overseeing project management, and conducting due diligence for potential solar projects. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and project management skills. The Transactions Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of solar projects by coordinating various stakeholders and identifying risks and opportunities.**Key Responsibilities**:- Financial Analysis:- Review financial statements, including income statements, balancesheets, and cash flow statements.- Assess the project's historical and projected financial performance.- Examine the financial model, including assumptions, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses.- Verify revenue streams, incentives, and tax benefits.Legal and Regulatory Compliance:- Confirm that the project complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.- Review permits, licenses, and environmental impact assessments.- Check for any legal disputes or pending litigation related to the project.- Assess the status of interconnection agreements with utilities.Technical Due Diligence:- Evaluate the solar resource potential at the project site.- Review the design and engineering plans to ensure they meet industry standards.- Assess the condition and performance of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.- Verify that the project meets safety and quality standards.Site Analysis:- Conduct a site visit to assess the physical condition of the solar installation.- Evaluate land ownership and any potential land use issues.- Consider any zoning restrictions or land use permits.Contracts and Agreements:- Review power purchase agreements (PPAs) and other off-take agreements.- Examine contracts with equipment suppliers, construction contractors, and maintenance providers.- Assess the terms and conditions of warranties for solar equipment.Insurance Review:- Verify the adequacy of insurance coverage for the solar project.- Assess the risks covered and any exclusions in the insurance policies.Operational and Performance Data:- Analyze historical operational data to assess the performance of the solar project.- Evaluate maintenance records and any history of downtime.- Verify that the project is operating in accordance with design specifications.Environmental Considerations:- Review environmental impact assessments and any mitigation measures in place.- Assess the project's carbon footprint and environmental sustainability.Market and Economic Analysis:- Analyze market trends and the economic environment for solar energy.- Consider potential changes in government policies or incentives affecting the solar industry.Tax and Incentive Review:- Verify the eligibility and status of tax credits, incentives, and grants.- Assess the impact of any changes in tax laws or incentive programs.Community and Stakeholder Relations:- Evaluate relationships with local communities and stakeholders.- Assess any potential social or community impact issues.**Qualifications**:- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as renewable energy, engineering, or business.- 5+ years of experience in project management and development, with a strong preference for experience in the solar energy industry.**-Proficient English, spoken and written**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.- Knowledge of legal, technical, environmental, and financial aspects related to solar projects is a plus.- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a bonus.**Salary**: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month**Experience**:- PROJECT MANAGER: 3 years (required)- CUSTOMER SERVICE: 3 years (required)- PROJECT ANALISYS: 3 years (required)**Language**:- PROFICIENT ENGLISH (required)Work Location: In person
