Support Specialist**Your new company**International software company dedicated to simplifying enterprise financial operations. Supporting companies' efficiency and profitability using data management and distribution services.**Your new role**- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to solve customer issues.- Report software issues to the Engineering Research Team.- Manage multiple client issues simultaneously.- Work to understand client's business needs above and beyond the immediate requirements.**What you'll need to succeed**- Fluent communication in English.- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Windows OS in a support related setting.- Working experience with SQL, use of joins and comfortable reading through Stored Procedures.- Exposure to Power Shell scripting- Understanding of File Transfer Protocol- Exposure/basic understanding of network and domain architecture- Preferred experience working in a financial services/software client support environment.**What you'll get in return**100% Payroll and permanent positionFlexible work schemeCareer growth opportunities**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
