Come, join us on this journey****British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Commerce Planning Executive in Monterrey, Mexico**Work with the LANCAR B2B Digital Team, by leading e-commerce content driven by data-based commercial insights to support promotion grid decision, customers with digital sales, product availability per tier, suggested order per customer ensuring that the Digital Sales & B2B activities contribute to the success replenishment and effective decisions are made across the platform.The role will help support the TM&D team by leveraging big data and advanced analytics while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Develop performance of the platform to help identify opportunities and deliver recommended portfolio opportunities. Manage promotion optimization, leading to account level analysis, such as predictive analytics and post implementation results.Reports to: Digital Commerce Trading ManagerGeographic Scope: México**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Support the development of a robust e-commerce portfolio strategy and Customer Strategies to reflect the organization’s changing requirements and a dynamic competitive landscape.- Ability to communicate technical information in a consolidated and straightforward way.- Provide observations and perspective related to competitor activities and interactions between categories and across customer segments.- Develop a deep understanding of promotion strategies, internal processes, and overall market landscape.- Development of strategies and initiatives to enable sustainable ecommerce and loyalty growth- Assist in delivering analysis and observations that will feed the stakeholders forums monthly.- Proactively connect, engage, and foster relationships with cross functional teams (i.e. Brand, Commercial, Consumer Experience, IDT, GBS, etc) and agency partners to deliver the defined initiatives.- Identify, document and report any bugs or technical issues encountered while managing the platforms to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement.- Effectively translate product needs and requirements to product specification, supported by all necessary documentation and governance. Develop acceptance criteria with supporting delivery partners and ensure product delivered passes all necessary quality expectations.- Understand overall enterprise architecture and collaborate as a cross functional team with other Digital Product Managers, Functional collaborators, Platform team, and technical vendors to design and implement product ideas integrated into the larger digital ecosystems.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor's Degree required, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering preferred.- Fluent in English, written and spoken.- At least 3 years of professional experience, at least 2+ years in data analytics,, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning.- Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.- Time management skills with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written- Ability to communicate technical information in a consolidated and straightforward way.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both virtually and physically in the office.- Be able to design independently and deliver E2E analytics solutions / outcomes per specification.- Proven experience in digital marketing- Good understanding of Omnichannel ecosystem in business context and how various offline & online touchpoints integrate and synergize to deliver best customer experience to achieve business outcomes- Strong digital & technology capabilities building experience, working closely with Commercial Team, Consumer Experience & Digital Marketing, with knowledge in Omni-channel, data & analytics- Experience delivering through Traditional & Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall).- Solid understanding of key marketing digital principles: consumer centric and journey, user experience, micro conversions, target audience, and media planning.**Beneficial**- Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Power BI, Tablaeu,)- Experience working in an FMCG company.- Project Management, Agile or Design Thinking experience.- Experience analyzing dashboards and database sets.- Experience delivering E2E data and e-commerce solutions.- Experience working with International End Markets**What we offer you?**- Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with addition
