We believe that our sellers deserve an easy path to getting the help they need. This is a new team dedicated to these challenges and a great opportunity to grow a new group of engineers.As an Engineering Manager, you will deliver high quality support experiences to our sellers. You will partner closely with our product, design, and analytics teams to set the direction and strategy, while developing a center of excellence for your engineers. If so, this could be the perfect match.**What’s this team like at Etsy?**- The Support Product Initiative builds and maintains experiences that help all Etsy customers quickly resolve issues through intuitive self-service tools and human, real support experiences. We work for Etsy buyers, sellers, and internal operations customers on our Member Services team. In other words, we help people help people**What does the day-to-day look like?**- On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the development process, mentoring your engineers and collaborating with product and design to define upcoming work.- Lead a team of 5 engineers to build outstanding products.
