We are looking for an inspiring individual to analyze logistics across and provide business recommendations.**In this role, you’ll**:- Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly logistics analysis to identify risk and gaps (excess, obsolete, aged, non-moving, shortage etc)- Summarize and review logistics status with key stakeholder on daily/weekly basis.- Drive logistics action plans to supply chain partners on a weekly basis to meet Logistics targets- Ensure logistics data in system is accurate and update to date- Generate, analyze and track weekly logistics forecast. Identify actions plan to improve forecast accuracy.- Responsible for managing and reconciling logistics counts and communicating any discrepancies.- Document and present logistics analysis on a QTRLY basis and execute root cause analysis to minimize logistics cost- Perform logistics transaction in enterprise system**Who You'll Work With**- Global Logistics Management & Manufacturing Logistics Operations along with extended partners (e.g. Global Supplier Management)- You'll partner with Supply Chain eco-system partners to optimize the logistics operations to meet key business metrics.**Who You Are**- You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills.- 4+ years of relevant experience- Strong analytical and data modeling skill- Pay attention to details. Able to perform deep dive trouble shooting, identifying root causes and recommend ratification action.- Excellent knowledge of demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution, logistics processes, and planning systems.- You are adept at influencing partner executives and are capable of influencing internal decision-makers to make decisions aligned with strategies and objectives benefiting the entire organization.- Technology skills : Excel ( Macros), Power BI/ Tableau ( Preferable)Ability to commute/relocate:- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: One location
