HR Advisor-Mexico City

As a trusted HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to ICON’s internal customers. This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you also could work on some great projects.
- Provide HR support to a wide variety of ICON’s internal teams.
- Working to an agreed timeline, you will work to resolve and answer any HR related queries to the team.
- Provide tier 1 support to employees and managers for the day-to-day HR and US benefits administration such as health, dental, vision, spending accounts, leave of absence, disability, retirement, life insurance, wellness, etc.
- Process benefit enrollment elections in Workday.
- Collaborate with vendors, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy regarding member eligibility and enrollment.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as updating process guideline documents, presenting benefits during new hire orientation and open enrollment in the United States.
You will need:
- 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Customer focused with a sense of urgency and detail-oriented
- Works collaboratively and using your own initiative
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and process flows to vendors and payroll
- Analytics experience, auditing, and reporting
- Advanced excel work, pivot tables, v lookup, macros
- Advanced English level is a MUST
