We are searching for our next Executive Creative Director (ECD) to lead a regional team in generating creative ideas and campaigns that tell memorable stories, are innovative, and most importantly, meet the objectives of the brands we work with.
The EDC will play a crucial role in defining and bringing to life the creative vision that guides and inspires the team, building the bridge between creativity and technology, AI and data. This includes constant innovation, implementing processes and work methodologies, and continuously evaluating and improving them.
Leadership is vital; respect, diversity, empathy, transparency, and collaboration are an integral part of performance, being the guide and inspiration for the creative team while also creating synergy with other areas.
The own and most significant differential of Globant GUT is the ability to connect technology with creativity, covering the marketing funnel, including marketing strategy; award-winning advertising and brand architecture; creative storytelling; content design ready for scale; fast time to market and strong tech and media capabilities with AI at the core; as well as market share growth driven by AI and data analysis to impact our client's business.
