Then Emma is the right place for you.**What you'll do**:- You will lead the Logistics B2B and D2C in LATAM & USA- You will recruit the best team and take them next level- You will implement an ambitious warehousing and transportation solutions on a global scale level- You will identify any sort of bottlenecks in business operation and suggest solutions to account efficiency and operational set in LATAM & USA markets- You will be responsible to grow the operations of retail business in cooperation with our internal retail operations team- You will monitor the quality and performance of our supply chain (suppliers, warehouses, and final mile partners) to identify improvement opportunities- You are responsible for identifying extraordinary deviations to ensure the permanent availability of goods with optimum stock levels in cooperation with our sales team, warehouses and external suppliers- You will be responsible for the coordination with current suppliers / logistics service providers as well as for developing new suppliers and delivery partners- You will deliver best-in-class customer experience to all our customers.**Who we're looking for**:- You have successfully completed your studies bachelor (or masters) in a relevant course with strong achievements- You have already had a working experience in a start-up environment, or you are fascinated by scalable and fast business models- You have a first experience managing a team and are used to give constant feedback and training a team- You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner- You are a critical thinker and with excellent problem-solving skills to coordinate and tackle any challenges that may arise- You have an affinity for numbers, and communicate with a confident demeanor- You can show good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel)- You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are a passionate all-rounder and pragmatist- You are very communicative, open and enjoy working in a team- You are curious and hungry to learn- You are fluent in English and Spanish**What we offer**:- A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.- The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.- Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.- To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.**Become an Emmie**Emma proudly celebrates diversity.
